Our tuck box embossing procedure is done on dedicated large scale production embossing machines to provide perfect and sharp patterns according to your needs. Customize your playing cards tuck box with your own graphics for embossing to bring out your deck design and an added sense of touch. The added dimension will turn your ordinary deck of cards into a very stand out and professional deck. We use high quality foil and sturdy 16 pt C1S stock (300gsm C1S art board) for our boxes, available for up to 234 cards and other sizes as well.

Embossing

Embossing is the process of creating raised image patterns onto a surface such as paper to create a touch aspect. An embossed pattern is raised against the background, providing a clean and distinctive or subtle image on paper. It does not include the use of ink to highlight the embossed area. The change in the dimensional appearance of the material is the only noticeable difference resulting from the embossing. It is best used to create a subtle impression and provide some slight form of differentiation for the finished work.
