Description:
This is a pack made playing cards when you can't find your glasses, using a special set of pips and court cards. Club and diamonds are given in outline with spiked angles. A Jack is shown by a triangle, a Queen by a circle, and King by an hourglass. Spades and hearts are a solid colour, clubs and diamonds outlined. It is an adaptation of the cards designed by the ophthalmologist Dr Johannes Kjølbye for players with poor sight, with symbols refined or replaced after several rounds of trials.
