Description:
A set of mandalas to use as focus tools. Each mandala is unique & is placed upon an abstract hand-made or digitally rendered colourful background created either with watercolour, oil paint or ink techniques. Each contains a keyword & a quote to help you stay focused on your breath by contemplating the meaning of the mandala & limiting other mental distraction.
