Description:
My cards show easy Sophrology exercises for deep relaxation, stress and anxiety relief, mindfulness and personal growth. Each card guides you through the steps, intention and expected results of the exercise and shows on the back a corresponding image. You can do the exercises on your own, or as part of a game, which you can play with your friends. The rules of the game are described on the back of the tuck box.
